Shipping policy

Where we ship

We deliver across India. We don't ship outside India yet. Enter your PIN code at checkout and we'll tell you straight away if we can deliver there.

Shipping cost

Orders above ₹499 ship free. Below that, a small shipping fee applies. It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Dispatch time

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after midday or on a holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days in metro cities and 4 to 7 business days in the rest of India. Remote areas can take a little longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and local restrictions can affect timing.

Tracking

When your order ships we'll send you the courier name and a tracking link by email (and by SMS or WhatsApp when available). If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, write to us.

Missed or failed deliveries

The courier will usually make more than one attempt. Please keep your phone reachable and check your address and PIN code before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number, we'll contact you, and re-shipping may carry a charge.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or with items missing, or doesn't arrive at all, please follow the steps on our refund policy page and we'll make it right.

Storage on arrival

Store sealed tubes in a cool, dry place. Once a tube is opened, keep it in the fridge and use it within 24 hours.
