Question 1

What is Cleos all about?

Accepted Answer

Making honest treats and a little more time with your cat. Every tube starts with real chicken or tuna. Bond Over Treats is our way of saying the few minutes you share matter as much as what's inside.

Question 2

What ingredients does Cleos focus on?

Accepted Answer

Real chicken or tuna comes first. Some flavours also include shrimp, carrot or pumpkin. We add taurine and vitamin E. You'll find the full ingredient list on each product page, so you can choose what suits your cat.

Question 3

What Cleos varieties are available?

Accepted Answer

Real Chicken, Real Tuna, Real Tuna & Shrimp and Real Chicken & Veggies. If you're still finding their favourite, The Bonding Box has one 60g pack of each. Our Chicken and Seafood Collections each pair two flavours.

Question 4

What makes the Cleos brand different?

Accepted Answer

We keep it simple: real, named meat, no by-products, no preservatives, and treats made in India. We want you to know what you're offering your cat, without having to guess what a label means.

Question 5

What kind of experience does Cleos want to create for cats?

Accepted Answer

A small moment they can enjoy at their own pace. Sit with your cat, offer a little, and let them decide when to come closer. There's no perfect way to do it, and no cuddle owed in return.

Question 6

Why is bonding with your cat so important?

Accepted Answer

Sharing quiet time helps you get to know each other. You notice the little things: when they want company, when they need space, what makes them comfortable. A bond isn't something to rush. It's built by showing up, gently and often.

Question 7

How do cat treats help with bonding?

Accepted Answer

A treat can be a lovely reason to pause together. Offer a little by hand or from the tube and let your cat approach. Cleos makes that moment easy to share, but every cat is different. Give a nervous cat space, and never force the interaction.

Question 8

Why are treats important in a cat's routine?

Accepted Answer

They don't need treats to have a complete diet. But a small treat can become a moment you both look forward to, or a reward for something new. Cleos is a treat, not a meal. Keep all treats within 10% of their daily calories.

Question 9

What are by-products, exactly?

Accepted Answer

Whatever is left after the good cuts are sold. Organs, bones, beaks, heads. It gets listed as 'meat derivatives' because that sounds better than what it is. Some of it is fine for a cat. None of it is what you'd cook. We don't use any of it. Every tube starts with meat you could name and picture.

Question 10

Why does human-grade meat matter?

Accepted Answer

It means the meat was allowed to be sold as food for people. Same farms, same checks, same cold chain. It doesn't make a treat fancy. It just means nobody took a shortcut before it reached your cat.

Question 11

How do lickable treats help with hydration?

Accepted Answer

Cats came from desert animals and are bad at asking for water. Most of them drink far less than they should, so wet food and lickable treats do a lot of the work. Our tubes are mostly moisture: Crude Protein (min) 12% · Crude Fat (min) 1% · Crude Fibre (max) 0.5% · Moisture (max) 80% · Taurine (min) 0.15%. Calorie content: 850 kcal/kg · approx. 13 kcal per 15g tube. So a daily tube adds water without adding much else.

Question 12

What's in each flavour?

Accepted Answer

Real Chicken: Chicken (min 70%), Water, Tapioca Starch. Real Tuna: Tuna, Water, Tapioca Starch. Real Tuna & Shrimp: Tuna, Shrimp, Water, Tapioca Starch. Real Chicken & Veggies: Chicken, Carrot, Pumpkin, Water, Tapioca Starch. Every flavour includes taurine & vitamin E. That's the whole list for each one.

Question 13

How do you keep it fresh without preservatives?

Accepted Answer

We cook the tube and seal it under heat and pressure. It's the same method as canned human food, and it's why a Cleos tube sits on a shelf for months with nothing added to keep it safe. Once it's open, it's a fresh food, so it goes in the fridge and gets finished within a day.

Question 14

Why taurine and vitamin E?

Accepted Answer

Taurine is one your cat can't make enough of. It runs on it for their heart and eyes, and a shortage shows up years later as real damage. Vitamin E protects cells and keeps a coat looking like a coat. We add both because a treat that's only tasty isn't worth much.

Question 15

How many treats can my cat have?

Accepted Answer

Treats should stay under about 10% of your cat's daily calories. For most adult cats that's 1 to 2 tubes a day. One tube is around 13 calories, so you're not choosing between a happy cat and a heavy one.

Question 16

Are Cleos treats okay for kittens?

Accepted Answer

From 12 weeks, in small amounts. First night, give a lick or two off your finger and watch them. If it's gone in three seconds, that's the answer.

Question 17

My cat has a sensitive tummy. Can they try Cleos?

Accepted Answer

That's the cat we had in mind when we kept the lists this short. Start with a lick a day for a few days, and if your cat has known allergies, check the ingredient list with your vet first. If something doesn't sit right with your cat, write to us and we'll sort it.

Question 18

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Orders above ₹499 ship free.

Question 19

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

India only for now. If you're outside India, that's our fault, not the post office's.

Question 20

What if something's wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

Email meow@cleos.in and tell us what happened. A real person reads it, and we make it right.
